Exterior and interior window sills

We place sills among important parts of plastic windows that protect the lining against adverse natural influences. If the right depth of the sills is chosen and the installation is well done, the window sills can perfectly fulfill their primary function, which is to drain the running water and thus eliminate the leakage and pollution of the facades on the buildings. The window sills also perform an aesthetic function, with a wide range of different color options to choose from.

Extruded aluminum sill 2 mm thick

The sill is made by so-called. by extruding the base material through the mold, then the raw sill plate is cooled and treated with either anodizing or baked varnish, thereby avoiding twisting in the longitudinal axis and maintaining shape stability. This type of aluminum parapets (AlMgSi5 alloy) with a thickness of 2 mm is characterized by excellent properties and its high quality guaranteed to satisfy even the most demanding customers. They are the ideal solution for exterior windows and protection against extreme conditions. You can choose from five standard colors, (white, brown, anthracite, bronze and natural anodized) but you can choose from a large number of non-standard colors according to the RAL color chart at an additional cost.

Standard Sill Depths: (in millimeters)

110, 130, 150, 165, 180, 195, 210, 225, 240, 260, 280, 300, 320, 360

features:

– high quality and material strength

– high mechanical resistance

– resistance to extreme natural conditions

– corrosion resistance

– very low thermal expansion

– extremely long life

– color stability

Rolled aluminum sill 1 mm thick

This sill is produced by the so-called. rolling. The high-quality aluminum sheet (AlMg3 alloy) with a thickness of 1 mm ensures sufficient shape stability. Rolled aluminum sills are a suitable solution for exterior window protection and protection against adverse natural influences. They are more affordable than extruded 2 mm aluminum sills. You can choose from five standard colors, (white, brown, pale brown, anthracite and bronze) but at an additional cost you can choose from a large number of non-standard colors according to the RAL color chart.

Steel rolled sill 0.6 mm thick

Steel sill is made by rolling. 0.6 mm thick steel sheet guarantees sufficient shape stability for window sills up to a maximum width of 300 mm. Steel rolled window sills can solve the external protection of the lining sufficiently against adverse natural conditions, while being the most affordable. The maximum depth of these sills is 300 mm and are available in white.

Caps for outdoor sills

Plastic or aluminum caps are always fitted on both sides of the sill when installing the external sill. While the advantage of plastic caps is their low cost, aluminum caps have properties such as aluminum sill, that is, a very long life, resistance to adverse natural conditions and long-term color stability, while their cost is also acceptable.

PVC inner window sills

PVC inner parapet is made by so-called. extruding the base material through the mold, then the raw sill is cooled and treated. The matured base plate is coated with a laminated coating with PVC foil. Indoor window sills are an excellent choice for interior windows and moisture protection. They also fulfill an aesthetic function, often used as a flower tray or various decorative items, and by choosing the appropriate color they can enhance the look of your interior.
